Returns & Refunds Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including original packaging.
  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to notify us of an issue.
  • Returns are exclusively permitted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or any non-quality-related reasons.

1. Returns Due to Defects, Damage, or Wrong Item

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at service@hallotea.com with your order number and supporting photos/video.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
  • After inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement (your choice).

2. Non-Quality-Related Returns

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or accidental orders are not accepted. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at service@hallotea.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will assist you through the return process if your claim qualifies under the above criteria.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
